MX5 Fisher Fury build diary

2 weeks in Asia then a stinking cold blotted out Easter. Neville reports that the exhaust is done, column on, propshaft in, clutch pedal in etc etc. Having hoped go down to the workshop and do a couple of days last week, been almost comatose all week and deferred getting it back. I cannot now get it back until the end of the month! Have spent ages thinking about ECU’s and cannot see why I need a specialised one instead of a standard Mazda unit. Spoke with Andrew at Autolink and he agrees with me. Anyway it seems Fisher has now been sold to BGH Geartech near Tunbridge Wells. Also had an e-mail from Mark Fisher saying body should be ready at the end of this month!
