13th August

Outer drivers’ panel fitted neatly but drills broke again. This is crazy. Check web and find steel should be drilled between 300 – 900rpm. My ancient Black and Decker has only 2100 and 3000 rpm. Looks like a new drill needed. Slower should be quieter too!Started looking at a template for the centre tunnel top where the handbrake is to go. Find panels are slightly offset – tunnel slightly canted away from driver. Bit fed up with drilling. Hundreds of holes to go for the floor.
