Good dry day and start to the year. Began by relieving the holes for the clevis pins on the rear axle handbrake linkages, fitting them and refitting the attachment where the cable joins the handbrake so that it took the clevis pins. Cable still needs the bearing to take the slack (which I need to drill somehow) but it all works!

Then re-attached the master cylinders to the bias bar and worked out which holes are for which fitting. Laid out the pipes for the rear braking system, checked the fittings were correct and tacked in place with sticky tape prior to bending and straightening as needed, then drilled holes for the P clips, taped the pipes where they’ll be supported as a cushion against friction wear and riveted in place.
Master Cylinder (rear), brake light switch, and piping with P clip

The transverse pipe on the back axle tucked neatly into the clips on the casing and it looks good! I can’t really do the front until I’ve refurbished the callipers and got the front suspension assembled. We wait for Fisher!

Now I’ll just wait for news of the engine and hope it’s alright. How will I get it home?
