MX5 Fisher Fury build diary

Bit distracted by some non-car issues so progress non-existent. I did find time to call BGH Cranbrook who had not replied to my parts request. However it turned out that they had been getting the parts together anyway so much relief that they seem to be functioning OK. No 1 son has dismantled his MX 5 in front of the house, leaving the engine and gearbox to take the eye from the garden as a distraction, to the qualified delight of his Mama! "Please don't (meaning Don't you dare!) walk through the house in that state" echoes regularly from the lips of one of us.
